Natt is a native North Carolinian, who has
returned to his families’ roots here in Virginia. His father was
born in Lynchburg and the family was originally from the north
fork of the Peddler River area in Amherst County.
Natt received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel. After
a year at the University of North Carolina Law School, he took
a job in the textile business in New York City. After several
management positions in sales and marketing, he started his own
textile brokerage which thrived until imports caused him to close
it in 1999.
Natt received his real estate license the next year and started
a new career in a new industry. It was a natural transition because
he had always liked investing in real estate and working with
a wide variety of people. The same sales skills he used in building
his first business served him well in his new career. He had been
a consistent multi million dollar producer since 2002. He holds
the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified
Residential Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Seniors
Real Estate Specialist. He has been a managing broker since 2005,
and joined Summit Realty Company as Managing Broker of Summit
Realty’s Nelson County office in 2007.
